After creating the plan we work with the organizations and give them the tools to direct their day-to-day operations. We help them to hire permanent staff and identify the appropriate people to fill managed care roles.

Dave has nearly 25 years of experience in the field of managed care. His background is in managed care negotiations, orchestrating cooperation between parties and developing joint partnerships that are critical to their operations. He spent 17 years working in top insurance organizations, including Independence Blue Cross, providing him with an intimate knowledge of how these organizations work and what they seek to accomplish in their negotiations. During these years he developed strong and lasting relationships with hospital and physician networks. He passes this valuable knowledge and experience on to his clients. Dave has spent much of his career building markets. He has built health plans all across the country in many diverse markets, including Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, and Nevada. In 2015, Dave decided that it was time to go into business for himself and started Managed Care Strategic Advisors. Dave is proud of every deal that he has been able to achieve for his clients and for the relationships that he has formed over the course of his career that have been beneficial and lasting.
